MEET MESS IN A BOTTLE
MESS in a Bottle is a Jamaican-American owned t-shirt company with MESSages packaged in a reusable bottle. The brand was birthed by Kalilah Wright in a small row-house in Baltimore, Maryland, the brand quickly gained traction and became nationally recognized. Founded in 2016, after Freddie Gray, an African- American male, died while in police custody, this sparked riots in our Baltimore City community, leaving the people needing a MESSage. Celebrities such as Viola Davis, Serena Williams, Luvvie Ajayi Jones, Bozoma Saint John, Lena Waithe, Yvonne Orji and more, are all proud supporters of the brand. The brand has been featured on national television, with Shark Tank’s Mark Cuban. We have fostered partnerships and brand collaborations with major corporations such as Warner Brothers Studios for their movie, The Kitchen, YouTube, Roc Nation artist, Rapsody, The TLC Network, BET, Google, and most recently Target, for their Black History Month collection.
